By accessing and using Formlx ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Formlx provides an AI-powered form building platform that allows users to create, distribute, and analyze online forms and surveys. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content (forms, questions, responses) that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect sensitive personal information (like credit card numbers) without proper security measures and compliance with applicable laws.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Formlx and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Formlx, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
